LiquorStorefront partners with licensed U.S. retailers who offer delivery and direct shipping of alcohol beverages to consumers where such sales are permitted by applicable alcohol laws.
Fulfillment Partner FAQs
Below are some common questions we get asked frequently by new fulfillment partners.
Do you charge a fee or commission?
LiquorStorefront does not charge our filfillment partners a service fee or take a commission.
How are order dispersements processed?
Payments are dispersed in full plus tax & shipping if applicable net-30 or when billings reach $1,000 via ACH.
Do you charge any payment processing fees?
We charge a 3.5% payment processing fee and $5 ACH fee per dispersement.
Do we get reimbursed for shipping?
Yes, shipping is reimbursed based on your carrier rates.
What if we don't recieve any orders?
A program security deposit is provided to cover any unsold stock on hand.
Is there any specialized software required?
We require that you have a ShipStation account to manage orders from our selling channel.
How do you handle compliance?
No purchase of alcoholic beverages will be made to any person under the age of 21. Delivery carriers must require proof of age and an adult signature.
How are margins set?
Margins and retail prices are set by the retailer which are negotiated between the retailer and supplier's distributor.
What is your shipping & return policy?
LiquorStorefront does not offer any refunds or returns. All sales are final.
