Does FLEX ACTIVE limit me to selling in one state?
No. FLEX ACTIVE includes a primary fulfillment market that can serve most of the United States through direct shipping. It represents your primary fulfillment network—not a geographic sales limitation.
When does FLEX AROUND apply?
FLEX AROUND begins when orders are fulfilled through more than one active fulfillment market during a billing cycle. Once activated, the monthly platform fee changes from $99 for a single active fulfillment market to $50 per active fulfillment market, including your primary fulfillment market.
For example, if orders are fulfilled through your primary fulfillment market and one additional fulfillment market, your monthly platform fee is $100 ($50 × 2 active fulfillment markets).
Why does FLEX AROUND cost less per market?
FLEX pricing is designed to scale with your business. A single active fulfillment market is billed at $99 per month. When additional fulfillment markets become active, pricing transitions to $50 per active fulfillment market, including your primary fulfillment market. As your fulfillment network grows, your effective cost per market decreases while providing broader fulfillment coverage.
Can I sell nationwide with FLEX ACTIVE?
Yes. Most brands can serve the majority of U.S. customers through their primary fulfillment market. Additional fulfillment markets are activated only when operationally beneficial.
Who decides when an additional fulfillment market is used?
LiquorStorefront manages fulfillment routing through its network of licensed retail fulfillment partners. Orders are fulfilled from retailers where your products are stocked, with routing optimized for compliance, inventory availability, shipping efficiency, delivery speed, and the overall customer experience.
Am I charged a fee for every order?
No. Flex pricing does not include per-order platform fees. Your monthly platform fee is based on the fulfillment markets activated during the billing cycle.
What happens if I don't receive any orders?
Every billing cycle begins in FLEX IDLE. If no orders are processed during that billing cycle, no monthly platform fee is charged.
Can my FLEX status change every month?
Yes. Your Flex status resets at the beginning of each billing cycle and is determined by fulfillment activity during that month.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Yes. Suppliers joining the LiquorStorefront Flex program pay a one-time Setup & Onboarding Fee, starting at $500. This fee covers account setup, storefront configuration, onboarding, fulfillment network activation, and launch support. The final fee depends on your specific onboarding requirements.
What is the Refundable Program Security Deposit?
Most suppliers are also required to provide a $500 Program Security Deposit. This refundable deposit helps protect against inventory discrepancies, unpaid obligations, fulfillment adjustments, or other program-related liabilities.
